I'm happy that you're excited about your order! If you ordered something during a pre-order, it can take 3-4 weeks to ship, depending on the supply chain. I work a full-time day job on top of Ghost Bongo but try to get orders out as soon as possible.
Can I pick up my order in person?
No, all orders placed online will be shipped. If I make an exception and offer local pick up to you, please pick up your order within 2 weeks of the notification that your order is ready for pick up. If you do not pick up your order within 1 month, you forfeit your order and will not receive a refund.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns unless the item was received damaged. If your item arrives damaged, you may return it, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item.
We might accept exchanges if the exchanged item is still in stock, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Send an email with your request and we'll let you know if we can swing it!
Do you do commissions?
Yes! Send me an email with the project details, budget, timeline, and more. I can't guarantee I'll have time, but am always open to collaborating.
Do you ever sell in person?
Yes! I'll announce upcoming markets and in-person sales on my Instagram account.
If you're setting up an event or want to do a pop-up, send me an email.
Do you have any tips for how to apply my bumper sticker to my vehicle?
Sure! Here are some tips for making sure your bumper sticker stays where you want it:
- Clean and Dry the Surface: Use a soft cloth and soapy water to clean the area where you want to place the sticker. Ensure it's completely dry before proceeding. You could also wipe the surface with isopropyl alcohol since your bumper is plastic.
- Consider the "Hinge" Method: Masking tape can create a "hinge" to help with placement. Temporarily adhere the top edge of the sticker to the car with masking tape.
- Peel and Apply: Peel off the sticker's backing paper, exposing the adhesive.
- Align and Press: Carefully align the sticker and apply it. Work from the center outward, pressing the sticker onto the surface.
- Smooth Out Bubbles: Use a squeegee or credit card to gently smooth out any air bubbles or wrinkles, working outwards from the center.
- Remove the Tape: Once the sticker is fully applied, remove the masking tape.
- Final Touches: Firmly press the edges and corners of the sticker to ensure a strong bond.
- Avoid Car Washes and Abrasive Surfaces: For the next 24 hours, avoid car washes or contact with abrasive surfaces to allow the adhesive to fully set.
